Full-time Performing Arts

Since the opening of D.L.D.C.’s fulltime division back in 1999 our students have gone onto great successes.

These include leading roles in some of Australia’s most popular Musical theatre shows, contracts all over the world on some of the largest cruise ships and theme parks as well as international shows like the world famous Moulin Rouge and on London’s West End, Japan, Spain and the U.S.A.

DLDC FULL TIME (3 days/2 evenings/week) courses offer:

• Nationally Recognized Training (Austudy approved)
• Advanced Diploma of Musical Theatre Performance and Commercial Dance (30597QLD)
• Diploma of Musical Theatre Performance and Commercial Dance (30598QLD)
• Queensland Certificate of Education credit
• Tertiary ranking (equivalent to OP of 6 or higher)

Course subjects include jazz, tap, hip hop, cabaret, partner work,  singing, music theory, nutrition, acrobatics, anatomy, massage, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, history of music theatre, music theatre performance, choreography, audition prep, make up and much more…

Join our pro level part time evening course.

Under the watchful eye of Simon Lind (Choreographer SYTYCD, XFactor, Australia’s Got Talent, Happy Feet 2 Mumble) take classes in jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, jfh, partner work,  singing 2 evenings a week over a 10 week term.
